Compact design and higher efficiency through enhanced finned tubes
Wieland Thermal Solutions provides compact and efficient solutions for high-performance heat transfer for the process industry. GEWA finned tubes and enhanced finned tubes result in a significant optimisation of a variety of shell-and-tube heat exchangers which are mainly used in the oil and gas, the oil refining, the chemical and petrochemical as well as the power plant sectors.
In addition to a significant increase in the performance of the heat exchangers in existing plants, a more compact design in new plants is made possible. It is also possible to reduce the number of heat exchangers per unit. Moreover, investment costs can be reduced as a result of smaller, more compact heat exchangers. Operating costs are also lower due to efficient use of energy and reduced refrigerant and process fluid charges. Safety improvements, increased availability and longer life of the plants result in sustainable and resource-conserving processes.
The range of product and material solutions covers copper and copper alloys, carbon and stainless steel materials as well as special materials such as Duplex stainless steel and titanium. Based on many years of experience in thermal engineering and a variety of industrial references, Wieland Thermal Solutions offers custom-made thermal solutions for optimised and efficient heat exchangers.
