The Wieland precision hexagonal rod W5006
W5006 in the size range 3 to 60 mm.
The W5006 rod offers you:
- chemical composition, especially matched for square and hexagonal rods
- consistent properties due to tight alloy tolerances
- good machining properties due to favourable lead distribution
- continuous drawn surface
- eddy current tested on request, in accordance with DKI Data Test Sheet 791
- deviation of matching across flat is explicitly smaller than tolerance on across flat
- stress-free – on request, proof can be given according to ISO 695
- Twist: <1/2 tolerance according to EN 12164
- ends suitable for automated processing
- Uniform length 3000 ± 30 mm (up to width across flats 6 - 30 mm)
- Supplier marking on the rod surface (width across flats 6 – 30 mm)
